Biography

Melanie Domres is a Managing Director of Asset Management at BentallGreenOak in Washington, DC, and serves as the company's Sector Head for Multifamily. She oversees the asset management team and operations for BentallGreenOak's U.S. multi-family portfolio, encompassing over 10,000 units. With over 35 years of real estate experience, Melanie joined BentallGreenOak in 2018. Previously, she was a Senior Vice President at Cafritz Interests LLC, where she launched multifamily development and property management subsidiaries. She also held leadership roles at Kettler, Archon Group, and Credit Suisse, bringing extensive expertise in asset management, development, and finance. Domres earned her MBA from The Wharton School and a B.A. from Stanford University.
