Shaowei Toh
Biography
Shaowei Toh served as the Head of Real Estate Research & Strategy - APAC at UBS Asset Management in Singapore, where he was responsible for formulating and coordinating real estate research and strategic initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. He joined UBS Asset Management's real estate business in 2015 and led the real estate research and strategy team in Asia Pacific until 2021. Prior to his tenure at UBS, Toh headed the research function for the China business of Capitaland, a global investment manager. He holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore, alongside a Master of Science in Finance from Baruch College, bringing extensive expertise to the real estate and private markets industry.
