Biography
Alexis SG Delprat is the CEO of Tabah Capital, a Luxembourg-based investment and development company specializing in hospitality investment deals. As Managing Partner at Tabah Capital Holdings since April 2019, he plays a pivotal role in steering strategic investments and growth opportunities within capital markets. With over 25 years of expertise, Alexis has a rich background in structuring real estate and hospitality transactions across Europe. His career includes leadership roles as Managing Director for France & Benelux at Christie & Co and leading the European Hotels team at Savills Plc. He also founded IMHOTEL, specializing in hotel investments. Recently, he has led Tabah Capital's venture into developing a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation & Co-living platform (COVIVIR project) in the Iberian Peninsula, aiming to establish approximately 10 properties and 3,000 units.
