Mark Chan served as the Chief Operating Officer of Frasers Hospitality, a role he held until his retirement on September 30, 2024. Joining the organization in 2020, he played an instrumental role in navigating the company through the challenges of the pandemic. Mr. Chan spearheaded key initiatives to transform the business, focusing on elevating guest experiences and streamlining operational efficiencies. He also contributed significantly to Frasers Hospitality's strategic growth, including expansion plans in regions like South-east Asia and North Asia, and its focus on product innovation through technology. Under his leadership, Frasers Hospitality also received prestigious accolades such as the World's Leading Serviced Apartment Brand award.
