Alex Henderson
Biography
Alex Henderson is a Senior Vice President, Co-Investment, at Grosvenor Property Americas, a role he assumed in 2019. He leads the Structured Development Finance Programme in North America, overseeing co-investment activities for residential-led development projects across major metropolitan areas including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Washington D.C., Vancouver, and Calgary. Henderson joined Grosvenor in the UK in 2007, later serving as Senior Investment Manager in Hong Kong and leading co-investment activities in Vancouver and Seattle. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment Management from Oxford Brookes University.
