Fernando Castro-Caratini
Biography
Fernando Castro-Caratini serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Sun Communities, Inc., a role he assumed in May 2022. He joined Sun Communities in November 2016 as Senior Vice President, Finance & Capital Markets, where he was instrumental in developing operational, financial, corporate M&A, and public communication strategies, while also managing key investor and banking relationships. Prior to Sun Communities, Mr. Castro-Caratini worked at Citigroup within the Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking Group, focusing on strategic advisory, M&A, and initial public offerings for real estate and lodging clients. He holds a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.
