Jose Ortega

Responsible for the contracting, structuring and administration of the debt of Grupo Marhnos in its different business units, as well as in the different countries in which we have a presence (United States, Mexico, Guatemala and Peru). Additionally, I am responsible for the approval, from a financial point of view, of new real estate projects as well as the generator of financial strategies that make real estate projects viable and maximize their utility. On the other hand, I am the main contact, negotiator and decision maker with national and international financial institutions.
