Luiz Figueiredo
Biography
Luiz Figueiredo is the Head of Alternative Investments at Bradesco Asset Management (BRAM) in Brazil. With over two decades of experience, he leads BRAM's alternative investment strategies, including the launch of its first private equity and venture capital fund of funds. Previously, Luiz was a founding Partner at Rio Bravo Investimentos for nearly 14 years, serving as Head of Private Equity and Venture Capital, COO, and Head of Real Estate Funds. He also held roles at BNP Paribas Asset Management and BTG Pactual. Figueiredo is a former Chairman of the Brazilian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (ABVCAP) and held positions at the Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association (ANBIMA). He holds a bachelor's degree and an advanced certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management.
