Santiago Aguirre Avilés

Prior to launching Aguirre Investment Management SA (“AIM”), Santiago was a Vice President at Proprium Capital Partners. Santiago spent almost a decade sourcing, structuring, managing and advising on European real estate investments at Proprium, Lone Star and Aguirre Newman. He has been involved in both equity and credit value-add investments totaling ca.€5 billion across a broad spectrum of asset classes (office, retail, logistics, hospitality, residential as well as a number of alternative asset classes) and countries (UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal).
