Peter Jeffreys is the Deputy Head of Structured Finance and PPPs at the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg. In this capacity, he applies his extensive expertise in structured and project finance, including public-private partnerships and the strategic use of special purpose vehicles.
