Mark Kuijpers

Mark Kuijpers is a Senior Managing Director and Head of the Netherlands, Germany, and Austria at Greystar. With over 20 years of experience in the European real estate industry, he leads the company's expansion and oversees investment, development, and operational activities across these regions. Since joining Greystar in 2017, he has been instrumental in delivering over 7,000 new residential units, primarily through self-performed developments, contributing to a substantial €2.0 billion in assets under management. He also established Greystar's German and Austrian development business. Prior to Greystar, Mark was an Equity Partner at real estate consultancy Fakton. He holds a Master's degree from the Technical University of Delft and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management. Mark was recognized as "Vastgoedman van het jaar" in 2024 for his contributions to addressing housing needs.
