Glyn Nelson
Biography
Glyn Nelson is Director, Head of Research and Strategy for AEW Capital Management in Singapore, overseeing research activities across the Asia Pacific region. He is responsible for monitoring and forecasting macroeconomic, demographic, and capital market conditions, providing crucial decision support for investment, asset management, and portfolio management. Nelson is a member of the AEW Asia Investment Committee and the firm's Global Securities Allocation Committee. With over 25 years of real estate experience, his background includes leadership roles at Aberdeen Asset Management and JLL. He holds a B.Com from the University of Auckland and an M.S. in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington. Nelson also chairs the ANREV Research Committee.
