Jason Simmers is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Greene Park Capital, a healthcare real estate investment firm. With 25 years of experience in the healthcare and real estate industries, he has been instrumental in investing over $4 billion and asset managing nearly $20 billion in healthcare real estate assets. At Greene Park Capital, he has sourced and executed investment opportunities, including closing over $600 million in transaction value and a $602 million collaboration with a Canadian healthcare REIT. His expertise lies in customer-centric healthcare real estate strategies and adapting to evolving healthcare dynamics. Simmers holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BS in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
