Guido Gerstner
Biography
Guido Gerstner is Head of Real Estate Debt and Managing Director at Prime Capital AG, a position he has held since April 2020. He specializes in Real Estate Private Debt Whole Loan and Mezzanine lending solutions for existing assets and project developments across Germany and other European jurisdictions. Prior to joining Prime Capital, he served as Leiter Real Estate, Region West at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit - Deutschland. His extensive career in commercial real estate finance also includes leadership roles at various banks such as Lloyds Banking, Bank of Ireland, and ING. Guido Gerstner holds a Certified Real Estate Investment Analyst (CREA) degree. At Prime Capital, he has been instrumental in the firm's real estate debt initiatives, including the launch of its first commingled real estate debt fund, the Prime Capital Whole Loan Fund.
