Biography

Fatima Koning is the Group Chief Sales Officer at IWG plc, a global leader in flexible workspace solutions. She joined IWG in 2015 as a Sales Director, advancing to manage a national market in 2017, and then to Global Senior VP of Sales Transformation before assuming her current role in 2018. Prior to her Group Chief Sales Officer title, she was also referred to as Chief Commercial Officer. Koning is a strong advocate for hybrid working models, emphasizing their benefits for work-life balance, productivity, and the environment. She has been instrumental in supporting organizations worldwide in adopting hybrid work strategies and has built diverse teams across numerous markets.
