Biography
Matthew Edmonds is a Director in the Fund Management team at Prologis, and also Portfolio Manager for PELF. Prologis is one of Europe's leading logistics real estate platforms, comprising 19 million square meters across 12 countries. PELF is one of two European vehicles Prologis' manages, and is Europe’s largest open-ended logistics fund, with class-A assets located in high-consumption markets. Prior to joining Prologis, Matthew worked at CBRE in London in the EMEA Industrial and Logistics team, and has over 12 years real estate experience covering Research, Valuations, Investment, and Fund Management.
