Biography

Fernando Gadelho é Sócio de Crédito Imobiliário na HSI - Hemisfério Sul Investimentos, onde, desde 2019, lidera a área de Crédito Imobiliário, responsável pela originação, análise, negociação e estruturação de transações. Iniciou sua carreira em 2005 na divisão de mercado imobiliário da GP Investimentos e participou da fundação da Prosperitas Investimentos, atual HSI. Antes de retornar à HSI, atuou como executivo no Rothschild & Co., participando de diversas transações de fusões e aquisições que superaram US$ 20 bilhões. Gadelho é Bacharel em Administração pela Universidade de São Paulo (USP) e possui as certificações ANBIMA CGA e CGE.
