Vivienne King

Vivienne has over 30 years’ leadership experience in the real estate industry. The former CEO of Revo, Vivienne worked closely with the Govt in relation to the economic impact of Covid-19. Prior to 2020 she was CEO of Soho Housing Association and Soho Ltd, a retail property business & over 20 years in the senior team at the Crown Estate. She is now a consultant, NED and Board advisor and is a well-recognised voice in commercial RE, speaking out on issues as diverse as business rates reform, entrepreneurialism and high street regeneration. As a co-founder of Real Estate Balance, she is passionate about the diversity and inclusion and more broadly about ESG, having been in the vanguard to make this a strategic imperative at the Crown Estate
