Rosalía Román Urcuyo
Biography
Rosalía Román Urcuyo is the Chief Counsel Private Sector Legal Affairs at CAF - Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina. In this role, she leads the legal division supporting non-sovereign guaranteed financings and investments across Latin America and the Caribbean. Her expertise encompasses project finance, corporate finance, equity investments, and financial market transactions. A graduate of Harvard Law School, she was previously a senior associate at Clifford Chance. Rosalía also serves on the board of directors of CAF-Asset Management Corporation and is recognized for promoting diversity and sustainable investments.
