Simon Nelson
Biography
Simon Nelson is SVP, Head of Fund Management and Acquisitions Europe at Prologis. He also previously served as Head of Asset Management for ProLogis European Properties. Joining Prologis in 2001, he was initially responsible for investment acquisitions in Southern Europe. Nelson has been instrumental in European acquisitions, dispositions, and coordinating portfolio valuations. Prior to Prologis, he was a Partner and Investment Director at DTZ in France, specializing in commercial real estate investment. He is a UK trained Chartered Surveyor, holding an M.A. from the University of Edinburgh and an M.Sc. from the University of East London.
