As a Managing Director at PGIM Real Estate, I oversaw the portfolio and asset management of European real estate debt. With over 20 years of experience in this field, I have developed a deep understanding of the market dynamics, risk factors, and value drivers of real estate investments across multiple sectors and geographies. My core competencies include underwriting, structuring, and executing complex real estate debt transactions, as well as managing and optimizing the performance of existing portfolios and restructuring and exiting under-performing assets. I also led and mentored a team of professionals who shared my passion and vision for delivering superior returns and service to our clients and partners.
