Biography
Agata Stankowska is the Director, Head of Leasing | Retail at Sierra Balmain, a role in which she leads the CEE leasing team and oversees commercialization activities for a vast retail property portfolio in Poland. With over 20 years of experience in strategic leasing, asset positioning, and portfolio commercialization across retail, office, and logistics sectors, she specializes in developing and executing long-term leasing strategies and optimizing tenant mix. Prior to joining Balmain Group (now Sierra Balmain), Agata held leasing and commercialization roles at AIG/Lincoln and BSC Real Estate Advisors. Her expertise includes significant contributions to recommercialization projects, leading to increased occupancy and footfall in numerous shopping centers.
