Lilian Lee
Biography
Lilian Lee serves as the Group Chief Corporate Officer at ESR, a role she assumed in June 2020. In this capacity, she oversees the Group's administration, human resources, corporate communications, and IT functions. Before her tenure at ESR, Ms. Lee was the General Manager of Human Resources and Administration for Mapletree Investments Pte. Ltd. in Shanghai, concurrently holding the title of Senior Vice President for Group Learning and Development. She possesses extensive experience in managing large, cross-market teams across various publicly listed companies, including SIA Engineering Company and CapitaLand Limited. Ms. Lee holds an Honours Degree in Arts from the National University of Singapore.
