Rui Hua Chang serves as Group Managing Director of Capital Markets and Investor Relations at ESR Group, a leading Asia-Pacific logistics real estate platform. Based in Hong Kong, Chang oversees the company's capital market strategies and investor communication initiatives across the region. With extensive expertise in real estate finance and capital markets, he plays a pivotal role in ESR's growth and expansion throughout Asia-Pacific. Chang's leadership encompasses managing institutional investor relationships, capital raising activities, and strategic financial planning. His deep understanding of the regional real estate investment landscape and proven track record in investor relations have been instrumental in positioning ESR as a premier logistics real estate investment platform, supporting the company's mission to create sustainable, technology-enabled logistics infrastructure across key Asian markets.
