Jim Gott

Twenty-five years of experience in the real estate industry and consulting business area. Most recently working predominantly with debt and equity clients across the finance industry. During this time I have been lucky enough to manage technical and environmental due diligence projects with many great clients on hundreds (I won't say thousands because it makes me sound old!) of real estate projects, in a range of locations and sectors. My technical specialties include - ESG, due diligence, asset risk management and site appraisal.
