Andrew Davey
Biography
Andrew Davey is the Head of Housing & Long Income at CBRE Investment Management, overseeing the investment strategy and capital deployment for the Affordable Housing Fund. Joining CBRE IM in 2018, he leads the sourcing and execution of UK residential transactions with a focus on affordable housing. With approximately 13 years of industry experience, Andrew previously spent a decade at Aviva Investors, where he specialized in fund management, strategy, and acquisitions for residential and long-income funds, and was instrumental in launching their flagship Social Housing Fund. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds an Investment Management Certificate.
