Liora Walter

Liora Walter is a Director, Real Estate Specialist, Global Client Group (Central Europe) at Nuveen Real Estate, based in Germany. Since joining Nuveen in September 2021, she focuses on providing real estate investment solutions for institutional clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region). Her expertise includes investment and fund management, as well as the development, structuring, and capitalization of Real Estate Equity and Debt products. Prior to her role at Nuveen, Liora held positions in business development and institutional capital raising at M3 Capital Partners, Edmond de Rothschild REIM, and AIF Capital Group. She holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate from CASS Business School in London.
