Cristóbal de Castro is a Founding Partner at Quest Capital, a pan-European real estate investment and asset management company with over €2.5 billion of assets across Portugal and Spain. Quest acts as the principal investment platform and operating partner for institutions investing in Iberia, with around 6,500 hospitality and touristic keys, 6,400 residential units and 50 commercial units under management. Mr. de Castro oversees capital formation and investment strategy at Quest Capital. He maintains the firm's senior relationships with institutional investors, originates its investment themes and structures the equity for each transaction. Over the past fifteen years he has established ten thematic platforms with global institutional partners across residential, offices, logistics, hospitality and high street, including the largest private rental portfolio in Portugal, with over 4,000 units, and the largest residential development in the country.
