Biography
GAURAV MALIK is a qualified Chartered Accountant and the Chief Financial Officer at Experion Developers. He was earlier Chief Financial Officer of Nucleus Office Parks, a Blackstone portfolio company. He has authored a bestselling book on real estate titled "Real Estate: A Buyer’s Playbook," published by Thomson Reuters. He has nearly two decades of professional experience, including more than a decade in the real estate sector. He has been recognized as the “CFO of the Year–2022” by the Indian Achievers’ Forum and awarded BW CFO Finance 40 under 40. Gaurav has travelled extensively across the globe, especially the US, where he spent more than three years working for leading banks.
