Biography
Wee Su Lin is an Executive Director and Head of Asset Management for Southeast Asia, China & Hong Kong at PGIM Real Estate. With over 20 years of real estate experience, she specializes in asset management and the development of commercial and mixed-use projects. Prior to PGIM Real Estate, Su Lin held significant roles at CapitaLand, including leading the development of a $1.2 billion mixed-use project and heading the Corporate Development and Group Planning Division. She also contributed to urban planning at Singapore's Urban Redevelopment Authority. A Master of Architecture holder, Wee is dedicated to sustainable real estate solutions and co-chairs ULI's Women's Leadership Initiative, promoting female leadership in the industry.
