Miguel Ribeiro Aguiar
Biography
Miguel is a founding partner and the managing partner of Accure Real Estate Investment. He works closely with limited partners relating to capital raising and new product developments. Before becoming founder of Accure, he was a Senior Fund Manager until 2015 in Novo Banco (formerly BES – biggest private bank in Portugal) with the responsibility of 22 regulated closed-end real estate investment funds for a total AUM of more than 1bn€. Miguel holds a MBA, a Master´s degree in Real Estate Finance, and a Master degree in Structural Engineering.

ACCURE Real Estate Investment is a property develop, investment and management company. Since 2015 has developed several residential and commercial projects in Lisbon. We are focused in real estate opportunities, mainly new trends and upcoming areas of Lisbon/Porto/Faro, also in rehabilitation of old buildings in CBD area and on best historical locations. We have a strong focus on delivering attractive risk adjusted return on invested equity. Since 2015 we had invested more than €80mio.
