David Mackasy

Director at Eastdil Secured in London, where I am a senior member of our global data centre and life sciences teams. We advise real estate and infrastructure clients across the full transaction spectrum — equity and debt raises, joint venture formations, asset and platform sales, leasing, and complex advisory assignments. I joined Eastdil Secured in New York in 2014, relocating to London in 2015 as one of the early members of the European team. In recent years I have focused increasingly on data centres, where Eastdil Secured closed $31.4 billion of transactions globally in 2025. I hold an undergraduate degree from Princeton University, where I was also on the Heavyweight Crew team.
