Biography

Susan Warner-Dooley is the Chief Commercial Officer for Airports at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, overseeing commercial functions for JFK, Newark Liberty, LaGuardia, New York Stewart, and Teterboro Airports. With over 30 years of experience as a senior airport executive, consultant, and attorney, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of airport strategic positioning, finances, operations, and capital development. Her expertise includes capital funding planning, financial and business issues, rates and charges, and airline and commercial business arrangements. She is an Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.) and an International Airport Professional (I.A.P.), holding a Juris Doctorate and MBA.
