Marc Venegas
Biography
Marc Venegas is a Founding Principal at Orion Real Estate Partners, where he is responsible for identifying and managing the firm's investments in multifamily properties across the Western United States. Co-founding Orion in August 2017, Mr. Venegas brings over 27 years of extensive real estate experience. Throughout his career, he has successfully underwritten and closed over $3.5 billion of transactions, encompassing more than 18,000 multifamily units. Prior to Orion, his experience includes forming ColdWater Partners, serving as Director of Multifamily Investments at MIG Real Estate (acquiring $700 million in multifamily assets), and holding senior roles at Heitman and J. E. Robert Companies. Mr. Venegas holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
