Kim Kacani

Kim Kacani is a Senior Vice President at HHHunt, where she has been a driving force in real estate development for over three decades, with more than twenty years dedicated to HHHunt Communities. As a seasoned executive in land acquisition and business development, she has played a pivotal role in creating numerous neighborhoods, contributing to over 8,500 households and nearly 3,000 housing opportunities, including prominent projects like Twin Hickory, Wyndham, and Charter Colony. Kacani is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute and previously served as President of the Community Associations Institute. She also holds a gubernatorial appointment to the Virginia Common Community Interest Board.
