Raj Kumar is the Owner and CEO of Borough Junction London, an urban development company specializing in regenerating under-utilized buildings and sites within the office, hotel, and residential sectors. An architect, developer, and entrepreneur, Raj brings a unique skill set and extensive industry experience to his role. He trained at the Oxford School of Architecture and University College London (Bartlett), and previously worked at award-winning practices ORMS and Ian Simpson Architects. His expertise lies in identifying strategic locations and development opportunities "ahead of the curve".
