Meghana Pandit

Meghana Pandit is the Chief Investment Officer at India Grid Trust (IndiGrid). She brings over 20 years of extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance, with a strong focus on the infrastructure sector. Her expertise encompasses private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and infrastructure investment trusts, covering sub-sectors like roads, airports, renewable power, and thermal power. Meghana holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Master's degree in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai. She has also cleared all three levels of CFA, CFA Institute (US), and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Analysis. Prior to joining IndiGrid in 2018, her career included roles at IDFC Bank, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, and Essar Steel.
