Biography

Aldo Ferrini Cassinelli is the CEO at SURA Peru & AFP Integra. A Business Administrator from Universidad del Pacífico with an MBA from IESE Business School, he joined AFP Integra in 1997. His extensive career at AFP Integra includes roles as Risk and Strategic Planning Manager, Vice President of Investments, and Deputy General Manager. He also served as Vice President of Finance and Risks at ING Pensiones y Cesantías in Colombia from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Ferrini leads investment and risk committees, championing responsible investment practices and ESG criteria, and is a key figure in promoting sustainable leadership within the Peruvian financial sector.
