Biography

Sophie Carruth is the Head of Sustainability - Europe at Hillbreak, specializing in ESG training and education services for clients globally. Joining Hillbreak in January 2022, she leads the development and delivery of client learning programs, including the BBP ESG Training for Real Estate Professionals. Previously, as European Head of Sustainability at LaSalle, Sophie was instrumental in integrating ESG into real estate investment activities, overseeing LaSalle's European Sustainability Strategy and creating its first Net Zero Carbon Pathway. She is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
