Kenyon Clarke

Kenyon Clarke is the CEO & Founder of Du Val Group, a property development and investment company based in New Zealand. An experienced entrepreneur and company director, Clarke possesses a robust background in property investment and development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and private equity. Between 2001 and 2008, he completed over $200 million in direct property transactions across various sectors, including serviced apartments, hospitality, residential, and commercial properties. His notable achievements include securing £98 million in equity investment for a central London tower project and establishing numerous New Zealand domiciled separate account mandates for acquiring residential and mixed-use properties. Under his leadership, Du Val Group grew to be one of New Zealand's largest privately-owned property development companies.
