Leticia Andrade é Vice-Presidente de Renewables Onshore Market America Brazil na Equinor, liderando a equipe de sinergia para a recém-adquirida Rio Energy desde 1º de outubro de 2023. Com uma vasta experiência na Equinor/Statoil desde 2009, ela contribuiu ativamente para a jornada da empresa no país. Leticia atuou como Presidente interina da Equinor Brasil em 2020, acumulando com a Vice-Presidência de Estratégia e Portfólio. Anteriormente, ocupou o cargo de Vice-Presidente de Management System and Assurance em uma missão internacional na Noruega.
