Romy Grace
Biography
Romy Grace is the Director, Institutional Capital & Head of Responsible Investment at MaxCap Group, bringing 15 years of experience in corporate law, funds management, and responsible investment. Based in Melbourne, she specialises in developing and executing product and client strategies, driving business development and responsible investment initiatives. Previously, Romy served as Legal Counsel and in Investor Relations at Impact Investment Group, and as a solicitor at corporate law firm Arnold Bloch Leibler. She holds a Bachelor of Arts/Laws (Hons) from Monash University and is a Graduate of the Governance Institute of Australia. Romy also contributes to industry bodies, including the Property Council of Australia's National Division Council and the CEFC-lead Women in Sustainable Finance Committee.
