Thomas M. Baur
Biography
Thomas M. Baur serves as Senior Director and Head of the Munich Office at GTIS Partners, a global real estate investment firm, a role he has held since July 2015. In this capacity, he is instrumental in broadening the firm's commercial real estate investment activities, focusing on attracting European institutions to US real estate. Prior to joining GTIS Partners, Mr. Baur held leadership positions at Pramerica Real Estate Investors from 2006 to 2015, including Director Portfolio Manager Americas and Director Head of Fund Operations. His extensive experience also includes controller roles at Siemens Real Estate GmbH & Co. OHG and manager accounting at Siemens Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH. He holds a Dipl. Betriebswirt (FH) in Accounting, Controlling, and Taxes from AKAD University.
