Biography

Eric Fintz serves as Managing Director at Ikory Asset Management, where he was instrumental in establishing the company in December 2020. Previously, he held the position of Deputy CEO of the Ikory Group, overseeing operations and development. Under his leadership, Ikory Asset Management managed €500 million across 1,000 residential units in France. Fintz's background includes experience as an Investment and Asset Manager at Tikehau Investment Management and an internal auditor at Allianz. He is an alumnus of ESSEC, Dauphine, and EISTI.
