Neil Sapra

Neil Sapra is a Managing Principal at NitNeil Partners, a real estate development firm specializing in self-storage. As a co-founder, he has been instrumental in transitioning the company's focus to development since 2006, overseeing its evolution into a national firm. Sapra played a key role in assembling an institutional-grade portfolio, culminating in the 2021 sale of 22 properties to Life Storage for $228 million. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Emory University. Prior to NitNeil, he was Vice President at Westplan Investors. He is currently focused on launching new portfolios in high-growth Sun Belt markets.
