Biography
Esteve Almirall is the founder and CEO of Episode. An entrepreneur in the living real estate sector, he has a strong track record leading international growth projects, brand development, and capital raising initiatives. He was previously Co-Founder and Managing Director of Node, where he played a key role in the company’s expansion in Spain, leading the development of partnerships with local developers and the structuring of joint ventures to scale the business and deploy institutional capital in real estate. During this period, he focused on brand building, digital strategy, product development, and the establishment of strategic partnerships, as well as investor relations. Under his leadership, Node Iberia developed a portfolio of 11 assets under management, with approximately 4,000 beds and a stabilized value of around €500 million. This portfolio resulted in one of the most significant transactions in the Spanish living sector.
