Simone Pozzato
Biography
Simone Pozzato is a Senior Managing Director and Fund Manager for the Hines European Core Fund (HECF) at Hines, based in the UK. Appointed Fund Manager in early 2021, he previously served as Deputy Fund Manager, joining Hines in September 2017. Under his leadership, HECF has achieved significant growth, strong financial results, and ESG leadership in the European real estate market, consistently earning a five-star GRESB rating. Prior to Hines, Mr. Pozzato was a Fund Manager at Grosvenor Fund Management. He holds an MSc in Real Estate from Henley Business School, an MSc from Essec Business School, and an MSc from Politecnico of Turin. He is also a ULI Governing Trustee and an active member of the INREV Operational Real Estate Committee.
