Patrick Higgins
Biography
Patrick Higgins serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Principal at Patrinely Group, a prominent national real estate investment, development, and management firm. Appointed CIO in January 2020, he spearheads new deal origination and execution across all investment platforms, including Patrinely Real Estate Fund II. Mr. Higgins brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry, encompassing financings, acquisitions, structured finance, and ground-up development. His background includes roles at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, HBK Capital Management, D.E. Shaw, and Goldman Sachs. He earned a Bachelor's Degree from George Washington University and a graduate certificate from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
