Biography
Jon Gitman is a Partner and Head of Originations at BridgeInvest, where he has been instrumental in the firm's growth since joining in 2013. He oversees loan origination, underwriting, and structuring, and led the expansion into a nationwide debt platform. Gitman has successfully closed over $2 billion in commercial real estate loans during his tenure at BridgeInvest. Prior to BridgeInvest, he focused on acquisitions at Resource Real Estate (acquired by Blackstone), deploying a $1 billion private REIT focused on non-performing commercial real estate debt. He is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in finance and real estate.
