Biography
Hui Ding is the Managing Director China at Lendlease Asia Holdings Pte Ltd, appointed in 2020. Based in Shanghai, he oversees Lendlease's strategic growth and operations in China, including key projects like the Ardor Gardens senior living development. Mr. Ding brings over 25 years of extensive experience in real estate, financial management, and general management. Prior to Lendlease, he spent twelve years as Managing Director of IKEA Centres China, where he drove significant expansion and development. His background also includes executive positions at PepsiCo Food China, American Standard China, and Philips Lighting. He holds an MBA from Fudan University.
